When will I get my products?

  • Our standard free shipping takes 3-5 business days to process your order, and 12-20 days for shipping. We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner. However, any unseen issues or problems with the courier of logistics outside of our control may delay your order, but in this case we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible. 
  • We do not guarantee shipping time frames. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. 
  • Some of our items ship directly from our headquarters in Provo, Utah while others ship to you directly from the designers in their country of origin. 
  • Many of our items will ship separately so you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers. 

Is my information and payment method secure? 

  • Our store is built and payments are processed on the Shopify platform. They have the most state of the art technology built in to keep you safe. Your security is our #1 priority, so we take it a step further. We have partnered with McAffee Security to give every customer $100,000 identity theft protection when they purchase on our site. You can shop safely on our site knowing you are protected. 

How do I track my order?

  • You will receive order confirmation emails, and then once your orders have been processed, fulfilled, and shipped, you will receive tracking emails with specific tracking for your orders. For your convenience, we have an order tracking page where you can input all of your tracking numbers and see the status of where you orders are, and when they will be to you. (See order tracking at the bottom of the page). 
  • Please note: it can take a minute for the tracking number to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, don't worry!
  • Many of your items will ship separately and some items may arrive before others. Do not worry--your items are on their way!

How much is shipping? 

  • Shipping anywhere in the United States is completely FREE!

Where are you based and where do you ship from? 

  • We are a USA based company operating with our headquarters in Provo, Utah. We partner with handbag and accessory designers from across the world to bring you the best in purses, handbags, and travel accessories. Many of our products will ship directly to you from our designers across the globe.
